How do I place an Order?

1. Add to Cart
To add an item to your cart, select add to cart on the product page.

2. Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting cartat the top of any page on waysource.com .

3. Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to order, select the Black checkout button located in your shopping cart.

4. Enter a Shipping Address and Shipping Method Address that you want to receive the item on it.
Choose Shipping Method that you like.

5. Enter a Billing Address
Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution.
If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, check the "Same as shipping address" box.

6. Payment Information Select your method of payment.
If you have a Promotion Code or Gift Card, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the Promotion code or Gift card number.

7. Submit Order
Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Submit Order Now” to complete the order.
Do not click "Submit Order Now" more than once, or the system will duplicate your order.
An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number.
We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We Provide Standard Shipping (UPS and USPS), it takes about 1 to 5 days.
We have also Express Shipping, it takes about 1-2 days.
For local customers ( Max 15 Miles from our store) we have Uber Ship.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally. We only ship to locations within the United States. Due to distribution agreement's with our vendors, we're unable to ship to any freight forwarding companies.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

At Way Source, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy gives you 45 days from the day you receive your purchase, to either exchange, receive store credit, or get a refund. All you have to do is ship the product back to us so you pay only shipping.

How do I return an item?

Your item must be in new, unused condition, and with the original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained for all returns.
